Return & Exchange Timeframe

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Please Note: For safety and hygiene reasons, Blades and any Parts & Accessories that have been installed, used, or removed from their original packaging are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective upon arrival.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original, unopened packaging with all tags and manuals attached.
  • In new, unused, and resalable condition.
  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number).

Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

Within 15 days of delivery, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate a return or exchange.

Use the email template below to ensure we have all the necessary information to process your request quickly.

Step 2: Wait for Authorization & Instructions

Our team will review your request and, if approved, email you within 24-48 business hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to ship the item.

Important: Please do not ship your return back to our corporate address. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.

Step 3: Ship the Item

Securely package the item in its original box and packaging materials. Include a copy of your order confirmation or invoice inside the package. Ship the item to the address we provide using a trackable shipping service.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped) or a defective product.

Step 4: Processing by Our Warehouse

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your request. You will receive a confirmation email.

  • For Returns: Your refund will be initiated.
  • For Exchanges: The replacement item will be shipped out to you.

Refund Timing & Method

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be fully processed and appear on your statement after we have approved it.
